How do I wash my cushion?

Remove the cover via the hidden zip and machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent. Do not bleach. Air dry naturally; do not tumble dry. Iron on low heat on the reverse side.

Does the fill come with the cushion?

Yes. Every cushion arrives with the filling pre-installed, ready to use straight away.

What is the cover made from?

Will the print look as vibrant in person?

Yes. DTG (direct-to-garment) printing delivers true, consistent colour. Screens vary from device to device, so tones may look slightly different in your space, but what you see online is a faithful representation of the design.

How big will it actually look on my sofa?

We offer three sizes: 30×30 cm, 40×40 cm and 60×60 cm. Check the size guide and when in doubt, size up.

How long will it take to arrive?

Each cushion is made to order just for you. Production takes 1 working day, then 4–9 working days for delivery depending on your location, giving a total of 5–10 working days. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on its way. We ship to the UK and Europe.

What if I don’t like it?

No worry at all. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. The cushion must be in its original condition and packaging. Contact us at support@homearthaven.com to start the process. We’d rather you love it than keep it.
